THE SCHOOL, FACILITIES AND SERVICES

The professional school Salesianos Juan XXIII is an independent school subsidized by the Ministry of Education, which offers Primary and Secondary education courses together with Medium Degree Formative Modules, which comprise up to occupational professional training for unemployed people and people who are looking for an improvement in their jobs (FPO), also subsidized by the Generalitat Valenciana.
The school is surrounded by open air facilities such as football ground, basketball pitches, indoor football court and a special garden for children, and above all it is marked with a teaching philosophy of Salesian spirit. Our main goal is to educate not only in knowledge but also in values.


`SALESIAN` TEACHING STYLE


We encourage a Salesian teaching atmosphere, as our teachers are always among our pupils with an active and friendly presence, meeting the students and taking interest in their problems, as well as playing active part in their activities, making excursions and travelling outside our school, and all in all, we create a positive teaching atmosphere, where we value the extraordinary character of each pupil.
We promote the education in attitudes and the discovery of values; we pretend, then, that our pupils learn not only how to think and make, but also how to be.
We also promote the possibility of personal maturing as the pupils have felt happy and useful for a time, considering they have always been valued as ‘persons´, leaving aside merely the academic achievements.
We take care of the relationship with our pupils´ families.
We encourage the development of abilities and skills to make their following academic or working world easier.

Our school is located at : C/ Sant Joan Bosco, 37 , at the end of Avinguda de la Hispanitat, with a bus stop just two minute walk.

Jobs you will be able to do: Sound devices repairing, technician in sound installations, radio, TV and similar equipment repairing technician, radio and TV aerial technician, computer and auxiliary equipment technician, electronic and computer fitter, telephones and electrical appliances.
